Golden Rewards 2025 Program Rules

  • To qualify for this Program, the Farmer must: (i) have and maintain a valid Stewardship Agreement (US03 version) with Syngenta; and (ii) at all times, be in good standing with Syngenta by having no outstanding balances for which payment to Syngenta is past due.
  • This Program is offered subject to Farmer’s compliance with all reports, forms and stewardship/ technology agreements with Syngenta. Additional terms, qualifications, and conditions apply. Consult your Golden Harvest Seed Advisor or GHX Certified Advisor or Specialist for Golden Rewards full terms, qualifications, and conditions.
  • Golden Harvest Farmer purchases must be made through authorized Golden Harvest Seed Advisors.
  • GHX Farmer purchases must be made through authorized GHX Certified Advisors or Specialists.
  • Golden Rewards are based solely on 2025 corn purchase.
  • This Program is open to Farmers or Growers who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state). Other exclusions may apply.
  • Golden Harvest Farmer cash payment must be submitted to Syngenta by your Seed Advisor by August 31, 2025, or Golden Advantageā„  Extended Terms must be obtained by May 2, 2025, for the qualifying corn seed purchase.
  • GHX Farmer cash payment must be submitted to Syngenta by your Seed Advisor by June 30, 2025, or Golden Advantage Extended Terms must be obtained by May 2, 2025, for the qualifying corn seed purchase.
    • New Golden Harvest Farmer and GHX Farmers’ Golden Advantage approval for 2025 crop will be considered “paid” under this program assuming on-time payment of 2024 Golden Advantage account balance
    • Existing Golden Harvest Farmers’ Golden Advantage approval for 2025 crop will be considered “paid” under this Program assuming on-time payment of 2024 Golden Advantage account balance.
  • All calculations under this Program are on a QFNS basis (Units shipped plus/minus all returned, discarded, replant, transferred and free seed Units). A corn Unit is equal to 80,000 corn seeds.
  • Trip for two entitles recipient and one guest to:
    • (i) one double occupancy room at a resort in Mexico (exact location details and dates will be announced at a later date);
    • (ii) round trip coach air transportation to the airport closest to the resort location along with ground transportation to the resort – Farmer and guest must travel from the same departure location and must travel on the same itinerary; and
    • (iii) certain meals and refreshments. All travel must be booked through Syngenta, or its designated travel agency, and travel must take place on dates specified by Syngenta, which are subject to change at Syngenta’s discretion. Trip package details will be determined by Syngenta at a later date and will remain subject to possible modification, postponement or cancellation. All travel is subject to the terms and conditions of travel service providers, including without limitation airlines and resorts. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply.
  • Not all purchases qualify. Certain restrictions may apply.
  • No substitution or cash redemption of the Program, or any portion thereof, is allowed. Syngenta is not responsible for the inability of Farmer (or guest) to participate in this Program or related travel. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. This Program is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Any and all expenses not otherwise covered by Syngenta, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of Farmer. All expenses not specified in the Program descriptions above, including (without limitation) ground transportation, airline fees, surcharges, flight insurance, travel insurance, additional meals, incidentals and personal expenses are the sole responsibility of Farmer.
  • While supplies last; Space is limited. Syngenta reserves the right in its sole discretion (1) to modify, cancel or discontinue this Program in its sole discretion at any time for any reason; (2) to request validation of purchase and proof of purchase for the respective Golden Harvest corn seed; and (3) to substitute this Program with an incentive of equal or greater value.
  • This program will conclude on September 30, 2025.
    • Rewards will be based on QFNS reported to Golden Harvest at farmer level by Qualified Seed Advisor, GHX Certified Advisor or Specialist.
    • Earned rewards will be communicated to qualifying Farmer at address/e-mail address provided by October 15, 2025 or earlier based on Syngenta’s discretion.

No dicamba may be used in-crop with seed with Roundup Ready® Xtend Technology, unless and until approved or specifically permitted, and no dicamba formulations are currently registered for such use at the time this material was published. See product labels for details and tank mix partners.  Golden Harvest® and NK® soybean varieties are protected under granted or pending U.S. variety patents and other intellectual property rights, regardless of the trait(s) within the seed. The Enlist E3® soybean, LibertyLink®, Roundup Ready 2 Xtend®, Roundup Ready 2 Yield® and XtendFlex® soybean traits may be protected under numerous United States patents. It is unlawful to save soybeans containing these traits for planting or transfer to others for use as a planting seed. NOT ALL formulations of dicamba, glyphosate or glufosinate are approved for in-crop use with products with XtendFlex® Technology. ONLY USE FORMULATIONS THAT ARE SPECIFICALLY LABELED FOR SUCH USES AND APPROVED FOR SUCH USE IN THE STATE OF APPLICATION. Contact the U.S. EPA and your state pesticide regulatory agency with any questions about the approval status of dicamba herbicide products for in-crop use with products with XtendFlex® Technology.
