3.To Enter

During the Application Period, eligible individuals may submit an application at the link above and upon request, may be required to provide transcripts or other documentation of the Applicant’s grades from the past two (2) years. The application must be filled out completely and accurately, including providing the following correct contact information about the Applicant: first name, last name, email address, phone number and address. Only one (1) application per person is permitted. Those who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information on their entry or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified. Applications received before or after the Application Period will not be accepted or be eligible to earn a Contribution.

In the event more than one (1) entry is received from any one (1) person, the first entry processed will be considered the only valid entry received. In the event of a dispute regarding an application, applications will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any potential Contribution recipient may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

4.Selection of Contribution Recipients

After the Application Period, a panel of judges will review all applications and will select five (5) potential Contribution recipients based on the merits of their applications on or about June 30, 2026. Odds of receiving a Contribution depend on the number of eligible applications received.

AN APPLICANT IS NOT A RECIPIENT OF A CONTRIBUTION, UNLESS AND UNTIL APPLICANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE OFFICIAL RULES HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND APPLICANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right at any time to disqualify any application or Applicant that fails to comply with these Official Rules. Sponsor’s determination of the Contribution recipients is final and binding.

5.Notification of Recipients

The potential Contribution recipients will be notified by Sponsor via the email provided during entry on or about June 30, 2026. Potential Contribution recipients must respond within five (5) days of notification and provide any requested information needed to verify eligibility and administer the Contribution. If a potential recipient does not respond within the allotted time, is found ineligible, cannot be reached (regardless of reason) or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may disqualify that individual and select an alternate potential recipient from among all remaining eligible applications received. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address and/or telephone number of Applicants.

Sponsor may require the potential Contribution recipients to confirm eligibility and sign customary documentation (where permitted by law), including an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release. Sponsor may also request reasonable information necessary to administer the Contributions.

6.Contributions

There will be five (5) Contribution recipients. Each recipient will receive a check in the amount of $2,000.00 USD to be used towards tuition, fees, books, school supplies, room & board or any other educational expenses (each, a “Contribution”). Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Scholarship Program in whole or in part if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Scholarship Program, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, without liability to the Applicants.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Scholarship Program may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. By participating in the Scholarship Program, you acknowledge that you have read these Official Rules and agree to abide by them and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Scholarship Program.

8.Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, submission of an Application constitutes and signifies each Applicant’s agreement and consent that Sponsor and its designees may use Applicant’s name, city, state, likeness and/or Contribution information in connection with the Scholarship Program for promotional, advertising or other purposes, in any manner, worldwide, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including the Internet, without limitation and without further payment, notification, permission or other consideration, except where prohibited by law.
